Since opening their first bakery and patisserie in Bayonne in 2010, Valérie and Philippe can be proud of how far they've come, with the opening of a second boutique, Le Petit Gascon, and the latest acquisition, Mauriac, a Bayonne institution. The first boutique is home to the lab, where marmitons, bakers and patissiers are busy every day (and every night).
