40,000 books, more than 300 titles of magazines and journals, 7,000 records... and an on-site media library with a reading room and a collection of old books and archives covering 4,000 m². It is all this and more in this media library. For it is a place for exhibitions, regular events for young people and adults with, in particular, Readers' Committees, where the public is given the floor in discussions on reading, Story Time on Wednesdays at 10.30 a.m. for children, the screening of films every Friday at 3 p.m., etc., and also occasional events all year round. "Lekiosk" offers streaming reading of the French, French-speaking and international press (1,200 titles). Almost all of these collections can be viewed on the online catalogue. It is also the meeting place for café-philo, winter tales, Attrap'mots, etc. In another register, an originality, the Minithèque, a book bus that criss-crosses the city. And even an "aperitif library" on Saturdays.
