Le Chistera is a Bayonne signature. The name is already a symbol of the Basque Country and one of its "king" sports, Basque pelota, although it's no coincidence that the restaurant is so named, since generation after generation of the Marmouyet family have distinguished themselves in this sport. And the Marmouyet family's savoir-faire in Basque cuisine has been perpetuated by the new owners: cod salad, koskera hake, piperade ham, Basque tripe, Basque tripe, veal axoa, rugby-style prime rib, homemade desserts, and more.

Nous étions venus goûter des produits locaux et nous avons pas été déçus, un menu à 17,50 euros avec un super rapport qualité-prix.
Un accueil et une serveuse très sympathique et souriante.
Nous recommandons ce restaurant et nous reviendrons avec plaisir
