A bodega in its own right, this convivial establishment, often crowded at aperitif time, is also a not-to-be-missed bistro in the heart of Bayonne on the banks of the River Nive, offering original and varied cuisine based on tapas, rations and dishes to share (or not!) that vary with the seasons and offer good value for money. Pan-fried foie gras, oven-roasted chorizo, smoked duck breast maki, octopus salad, persillade xipirons, rib-eye steak and fish from the fish market are sure to please!
