The Region saw things in large with its beautiful room with colored tones, and its long round tables and square tables ideal for meals in groups. It serves two specialities: wood fire grills and pizzas with organic flour. The grill, beef fillet, tender, mudflap, beef rib, andouillette, bone ham, muscadet sausage, marinated chicken fillet, duck magret, of gambas, fresh salmon, all with home-made accompaniments. Don't hesitate to taste the pizzas, just for their dough! For the gourmands, they are even offered sweet dessert. Every day, a menu is displayed on a slate in addition to the card with its entrance, its dish, its pizza and its dessert. The Region also rents a large room which can accommodate a hundred people for seminars or private events.

Service sympathique malgré l'affluence et un peu d'attente. Rien de méchant mais peut-être pas évident si vous souhaitez manger rapidement, à moins de le préciser dès votre arrivée.

Les plats sont très copieux , les ingrédients sont frais et de qualité ( le saumon est fumé sur place , le fish and chips fait maison, les sauces....).
Nous avons passé un excellent moment autour d une bonne table .
Je recommande les yeux fermés.
