Patricia and Hervé are passionate about this restaurant in the heart of the medieval town of Guérande, opposite the collegiate church. Originally from Lyon, these warm-hearted epicureans have turned the restaurant into a "bouchon lyonnais", where you can enjoy Lyonnais specialties such as tasty pike quenelles with Nantua sauce, hot pistachio sausage, sweetbreads and pâté en croûte. Accompanied by fine wines, enjoy Hervé's wood-fired grills in the fireplace of the magnificent 17th-century building, or on the shady terrace.

Open all year round. Low season: Friday to Tuesday, 12pm to 2pm and 7pm to 9pm. High season: Tuesday to Sunday, 12pm to 2pm and 7pm to 9pm. Menus from €38 to €42. Set lunch menu: €20.50 (main course + starter or dessert; €24.50 starter to dessert). Garden. Terrace.
