Original fresh produce cuisine in a restaurant with hotel and terrace in the heart of the town, near the Sèvre Nantaise river.
We love this friendly establishment, part hotel, part restaurant and part wine bar, set in a protected natural site 50 meters from the Sèvre Nantaise river. The décor is contemporary, and the kitchen prepares original dishes using fresh, local produce that changes with the seasons. On the day of our visit, for example, there was a delicious squash-cooked egg with truffled garlic jus, followed by fish with saffron langoustine emulsion, chorizo and kale chips, unless you prefer the pulled pork burger, before concluding with the delicious "Poti Pie'".
