The best burgers and salads with local products, concocted by Nicolas and Pauline in Chauvé.
After several years working in the restaurant business, between gourmet restaurants, brasseries and beach restaurants, Nicolas and Pauline have just embarked on the adventure of foodtruck by offering burgers and salads. And to be totally in line with their values and their conception of the profession, the couple has chosen to engage in a responsible approach, namely that they only work in a short circuit and with local producers. Everything is homemade, from fries to breads and sauces, including ketchup (which explains why in winter it will be a burger without ketchup!). As for the packaging, it is based on bamboo fibre or corn and is therefore compostable. The menu varies according to the seasons and the producers' offer, but you will always find two of the customers' favourite burgers: the chicken burger (organic chicken, goat's cheese, onion confit and honey mustard sauce) and the burger with a priest from Nantes. And we welcome the newly arrived baby to the Pause team!
