BRASSERIE DE SAINT-OMER

The imposing brewery located in the heart of downtown Saint-Omer is the industrial lung of the city. It has a unique history. Its CEO, André Pecqueur, is a passionate man. He bought his brewery from the Heineken group, which is now dedicated to the production of private label beers but also to more special beers. It is one of the biggest breweries in the region with more than 2 million hectolitres produced each year. To complete its range, the manager bought the Brasseurs de Gayant, which were based in Douai and moved them to Arques, a few kilometres from Saint-Omer.
