An impressive memorial bearing the names of the missing soldiers of the British Imperial Army, located in Loos-en-Gohelle.
This impressive cemetery is dedicated to the fallen soldiers of the Royal British Army. On this beautiful building are inscribed the names of the 20,000 men who died, for the most part, during the Battle of Loos in September-October 1915. Among them is Lieutenant John Kipling, the novelist's only son, whose body lies in the Saint-Mary British Cemetery. Rudyard Kipling travelled the region for a long time in search of his son's remains.
