Myriam Pont is the local child who became the ambassador of a whole region distinguished in 2017 with the National Order of Merit. For 35 years, she has been fishing on foot on the Opal Coast and, all year round, in Calais, she sells her mussels and her creations such as soups and preserves. Her fishmonger's is now a member of the French Culinary College, a distinction that is awarded to only about 3,000 producers. This shows the quality of the products that can be found here. Skateboard, rollerblade, BMX or scooter enthusiasts have found their address. Zap'ados is a former industrial hall converted into a 2,400 m² covered social, educational and sports complex. Street areas, ramps, bowls, the sliding area welcomes young people from 6 years old with different time slots depending on whether the children are over or under 11 years old. Schedules reserved for the youngest between 6 and 10 years old. Reservations are highly recommended. Qualified sports educators are present to inform and educate the riders.
