Located in the heart of downtown, this association store sells and rents used bicycles. In total, the store has a fleet of about forty city bikes, mountain bikes and trailers for children. Count on average 15 € the day, but the store proposes degressive rates according to the duration of the rent. Another advantage is that they deliver the bikes wherever you want, a service appreciated by holidaymakers travelling in groups. The bikes are second hand but they are in good condition, well renovated by the team working in the repair shop.

Le sauveur des cyclistes
Nous étions 4 cyclistes, début juin 2022, partis sur un raid à vélo, jusqu'à Ostende. Hélas, à quelques km de Calais, dans les dunes, un dimanche de Pentecôte, l'une d'entre nous a cassé son dérailleur ! L'aventure allait s'arrêter là, et un retour en train se profilait .... quand, par chance, nous avons trouvé Frédéric dans sa boutique, normalement fermée un lundi de Pentecôte. Et de nous dire, le plus naturellement du monde : "Ramener le vélo ici, envoyez moi un sms et je viendrai le réparer.". C'est ce que nous avons fait. La réparation s'est faite pendant midi, dans la bonne humeur et la gentillesse.
Nous voulons remercier Frédéric et Opale Vélo Service pour leur compréhension, leur humanité et leur compétence.
Bref, vous l'avez compris : nous sommes allés à Ostende !
