Family restaurant in the Aldudes valley where the chef cooks with local products to create his main dishes.

A very pleasant family restaurant, with its cosy, fully renovated dining room and large terrace in the heart of the Aldudes valley. The chef cooks with local, seasonal produce, carefully selected from local farmers. Cédric and Ana perpetuate the tradition of giving pride of place to local produce, and their star dishes are concocted with great care. Banka trout, Kintoa Basque pork, lamb, Ossau-Iraty sheep's cheese... Authentic homemade seasonal cuisine.

Un petit havre de paix. Chambres très confortables et très propres. Quant à la cuisine, elle est faite avec les produits locaux. Tout était délicieux. Et tout le monde était d'une grande gentillesse. Très très bonne adresse.
