The Segida Farm, 3 minutes from the village, between Dantxaria and Ainhoa, will give you a warm welcome to discover the fruit of its work. It produces Espelette chilli pepper, raises free-range pigs and grows vegetables. You will discover her pretty store, with the pepper in all its forms: powder, puree, jelly... the delicatessen, the saltings... Take also advantage of his restaurant space at the Farm for a gourmet break, where you can taste a farm plate with good seasonal products, a snack... A good moment !

Welcome to the Farm. Open from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm. From July 10 to August 31, open every day. Store. Free visit/tasting of chilli products on reservation (Tuesday from 4:30 pm). Terrace. Free parking. Local currency Eusko accepted. Online sales. Catering: "Farmers' plate" formula: 18 €. Sweet snack : 8,50 €, salted : 9,50 €. On the spot/take away.

Segida, Ainhoa in the Basque Country, has been spicing up gastronomy since 1998
We are a young and dynamic team, loving our land and our products, wanting to make known and share the products of our land. Indeed, the Piment d'Espelette PDO having a great aromatic and gustatory quality, a moderate spiciness specific to our region, we would like, through our know-how and our professionalism, to make you use it in your daily cooking
As part of our quality approach, in addition to the PDO specifications, we have established a manufacturing process specific to our farm, which allows us to control the quality of the product throughout the production cycle. In addition, we carry out a systematic microbiological analysis for each batch of powder produced and a mycotoxin and phytosanitary residue analysis once a year on a batch. Thanks to our dynamism and our commitment to quality, our PDO Piment d'Espelette chilli pepper, obtained for the third year a silver medal in the general competition at the 2018 International Agricultural Show, preceded by a silver medal in 2015 and a gold medal in 2012. These awards give us a new impetus towards the future and motivate us to develop our efforts to offer a product of exceptional quality

Located between Ainhoa and Dantxaria, 3 minutes from the village in the direction of Spain, discover our dishes concocted with love but especially with products from the farm and those of our colleagues! A gourmet break in a cosy interior and on the terrace lined with Espelette peppers in season.
Discover our unique formula at 18€, a farm tasting plate in which you can discover the Espelette Segida chilli pepper from the starter to the cheese served with a glass of local organic wine from 12:15 to 17:00 from Monday to Saturday all year long.
