Beautiful hotel serving dishes that are really worth it in Bethune.
The award-winning pastry chef from Lens, Jean-Claude Jeanson, has taken over this magnificent mansion, a former convent founded in 1330 and now listed as a historical monument. The meal will be served in one of the lounges, each with its own style... If the starters and main courses are not up to the standard of the setting, then save room for the dessert and in particular for the owner's creations, which are well worth the effort. Company seminars or association meals are a speciality here.
