In a context and a typical atmosphere "Parisian brasserie", the first-choice meat pays the lion's share: boeuf beef à, boucher pavement, mudflap, etc. Fine goat pie, tomatoes, zucchini and basil, salmon tartar with input citrus; crispy maroilles maroilles or charlottine raspberry to the heart of chocolate to conclude.
