The town hall occupies a central place in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, surrounded by the premises of the Tourist Office and the Georges Leygues theater. Easily identifiable by its glass rotunda in the façade, set in a more classical building, it has an adjacent parking lot and faces an island of greenery. It has two annexes located on the left bank on boulevard Camille Desmoulins and in the Eysses district on avenue du Général de Gaulle. Guillaume Lepers was elected mayor in 2020.

The mission of this association is to resocialize, re-value, reintegrate job seekers and persons living in precariousness and to provide them with administrative assistance.

The members (10 €/year) have the opportunity to participate in the afternoon workshops - retraining (Tuesday, 2 p. m. to the association) at workshops writing (Wednesday 14 h) at workshops hiking (Thursday 1:30 p. m.), swimming pool workshops on Friday.

The only LGBT Association in Lot-et-Garonne, Ecce Homo has developed a Homo sociability since 1996 with the aim of breaking isolation. It is therefore an area of conviviality that regularly organizes events and evenings. With the participation of Aid, it makes prevention against stds. Finally, it publishes bi-monthly Point magazine.
