In a warm and colourful room, exhibiting the works of local artists, conviviality and gastronomy are combined. Pascal Fontaine, the chef, works with fresh and local products, prepared on the spot, admirably cooked and highlighted. His specialities? Snails with garlic cream and sweetbreads in puff pastry with cep cream. The menu changes with the seasons to ensure freshness. The entrecote steak à la plancha with Guérande fleur de sel is faithful to the menu. A treat right down to the desserts. An example: the home-made rice pudding with salted butter caramel.

Un restaurant dans la pure tradition de la gastronomie française. À découvrir, le foie gras de canard fait maison, qui est tout simplement exquis, les ris de veau à la crème de cèpes, mais aussi le filet de sandre sauce homardine, ainsi que bien d'autres spécialités culinaires. Le service hôtelier, est très professionnel, et le personnel, on ne peut plus accueillant. Enfin, le cadre est convivial, et dans la salle on peut y voir en permanence une exposition de peinture qui met bien en valeur cette "Galerie des Arts". Un restaurant qui ravira les épicuriens et les plus fins gourmets. N'hésitez pas à y réserver une table.
