Sébastien Verbeke and Alexis Cardot, founders of the cooperative brewery HUB (Hoppy Urban Brew), opened their premises on February 8, 2020. A nice consecration for these passionate people, willing to produce differently, respecting people and the environment. Until then, they brewed in a mobile way, but this did not prevent them from producing amazing recipes, the most famous of which is of course the Transition, a sustainable lager, rewarded in 2021 by a silver medal at the France Bière Challenge. A consecration!

As its name indicates, here we brew beer made in Roubaix! Within the collective, there are two excellent microbreweries: the Brasserie du Pinthus and the Malt à Propos breweries. Objective: share experiences... and brews! Of course, each brewery continues to produce its own beverage, but together they have invented powerful and tasty nectars with sometimes very surprising aromas. Rigorous selection of ingredients, respect for traditional know-how, poetry in the making...: that's what Brewbaix beer is all about!
