Here is a very pretty region dotted with ponds, lakes and forests! Ideal to take a breath of fresh air and to recharge your batteries. Moreover, Liessies has some very beautiful monuments testifying to the Benedictine influence: chapel, abbey farm, tithe barn... As well as the old abbey founded by the father of Saint Hiltrude, which is now at the center of a departmental park, whose botanical and zoological riches never cease to amaze. It is indeed a real haven of peace of 48 ha, between wet meadows, woods of the first foothills of the Ardennes and hundred-year-old orchards.
