L'unica cosa che mancava, almeno nella mia camera, era una presa per caricare il cellulare al lato del letto. Non ho poi trovato molto confortevoli i cuscini poiché non amo particolarmente quelli sintetici di quel tipo (questi sono i due motivi per le 4 stelle).
Molto sostanziosa la colazione a buffet.
All'interno è pure presente un ristorante di buona qualità anche se all'esterno, a due passi, si può trovare qualcosa di più interessante.
Posizionato ad una decina di minuti da Lille, che è quindi raggiungibile con molta semplicità.
Ottimo il fatto che all'esterno ci siano molti parcheggi, a differenza di altri hotel in centro città.
