An original and very serious championship by its participants, that of shrimp peeling!

During the Beach Festival, in Leffrinckoucke and Coxyde, an original world championship takes place: the peeling of grey shrimps in 2 rounds. The 120 participants have 10 minutes to peel a maximum of these typical North Sea shellfish. To have an idea, the best ones (because they are often women!) manage to peel between 120 and 140 grams out of the 300 offered to each. A nice moment!
