ELANS

Together for North South action (ELANS) is an association of solidarity created in 2001, whose goal is to contribute to the endogenous, participatory and sustainable development of the population of the department of Ménoua in the province of western Cameroon. ELANS, which received the ATES label in February 2015, contributes to the development of different development programmes in the fields of health, the environment, education, and the creation of income-generating activities. The association is in partnership with TOCKEM, Cameroon association for Equitable and Sustainable Tourism (TOCKEM: +237 96 24 07 59).

What do they propose  ? A variety of formulas, including the à la carte trip for the individual, ELANS offers excursion organisation and accommodation in the department's tourist centre. TOCKEM also hosts volunteers /stagiaires.

Profile and conditions. 45 € per person per day in full board and including accompaniment by a coordinator of the TOCKEM (60 € for a couple); count € 710 for a stay of 20 days, excluding airline tickets, plus membership of the association (€).
