Upon arrival at this hotel, where we had booked our stay for the night, we were met with an unexpected and unwelcome surprise. Our day had been marred by disruptions caused by the Paris bomb scare, including train and flight closures, which had made our journey extremely challenging. Despite these difficulties, we had managed to secure tickets to Lille and made a booking at this hotel, only to find that it was closed and we were unable to gain entry. The notice on the door stated that they were now closed, and the person we spoke to reiterated this, without offering any alternative solution or apology for the inconvenience. We had informed them of our situation, and it is inexcusable that they did not take our circumstances into account. Their actions can only be described as a shameful display of disregard for their guests' well-being, and we would not recommend booking this hotel under any circumstances.

Chambre parfaite, l'hôtel nous a surclassé d'initiative car une chambre plus grande était libre.

Accueil? Au top gentil serviable accueillant souriant…
Les chambres? D’une propreté rare.. spacieuse.. calme..
petit Dej? Suffisant tout ce qu’il faut pour attaquer une journée du bon pied!
Je recommande cet hôtel familial, convivial, où la gentillesse est le maître mot

En déplacement professionnel pour deux jours. Nous avons trouvé une pépite. Habitués aux hôtels classiques de grandes marques industrielles, ici cà n'a rien à voir. Tout est parfait: d'abord la proximité où le personnel est au petit soin. L'accueil est toujours chaleureux et bienveillant. Que dire des chambres, d'une propreté irréprochable et avec un espace mais surtout une literie au top. Dés qu'on est sur Lille c'est sûr que nos équipes stationneront chez vous......avec le resto "les caves d'hyppolite" juste à 2 mn à pieds c'est vraiment pratique.......
