Opened since March 2010 by Jean-Bernard Condet, the founder of Le Brueghel in Bergues, La Cambuse imports a new genre into Dunkirk. The address was set up in the industrial setting of a refurbished former hangar, in the port district of La Citadelle. At lunchtime, it is a place frequently visited by companies and employees of the port environment. To enter La Cambuse, you will cross a container! Original and atypical! Just like this old estafette Citroën that watches over large, friendly tables. Apart from the quite trendy setting, the menus meet all budgets. You will discover, among other things, beautiful pièces du boucher, waterzoï, shrimp croquettes or local dishes such as a potjevleesch or a good welsh! Generous and often locally sounding dishes.
