MOON SHINERS

What strikes you when you enter the Moon Shiners is the decoration and its raw materials: wood, metal, leather, brick. Workshop lamps and shelves, old cans, American plates and exposed piping cover the walls and ceilings on both levels. This new restaurant has a strong personality. The atmosphere is industrial and therefore quite masculine. Moonshiners being also a Bob Dylan composition, it would not detonate in the establishment. Here, no contraband alcohol referred to in the establishment's name, but a beer to discover: Moon. At its launch, the establishment proposed a menu that sounded very tex-mex (quesadillas, chimichanga, pinchos), then refocused on mature meats. Exceptional pieces of meat (350-400 g for steaks and 500 g for entrecote !) for connoisseurs who will put a price on quality !
