No secret, you're in the best restaurant in Bray-Dunes (and the only gastronomic one). L'Art de l'eau is a sure bet, with an amazing menu (and wine list too!). The staff's friendliness and service are warm and professional. The menu offers a choice of dishes from both land and sea. Don't hesitate to try one of the three menus: low-temperature poultry supreme, cod gravlax or scallops a la plancha, curried corn and carrot pickles. In short, a highly recommended northern address.

Mémorable!
Pour changer des cartes quelconques et presque toutes semblables proposées dans la région, nous avons dégusté un menu complet original et gastronomique pour 22€, soit le prix d'une simple moules-frites pas loin de là... le tout servi rapidement et avec le sourire. Bon à savoir: chiens bienvenus.

Belle déco, service rapide et personnel à l'écoute à l'Art de l'Eau. J'y ai pris de la crème de cerfeuil. Un délice.
