The village is a green station with a leisure centre animated in summer by Plage 82: inflatable playgrounds, picnic areas, enough to spend a very pleasant day at the very birth of the Confluence. The bird island is a bird sanctuary where you can observe different species. It is also the birthplace of Antoine Laumet, famous knight of Lamothe-Cadillac.
