Welcome to Parisot, a small heritage site that tells the story of life in the Tarn before the advent of electricity! Discover in the heart of the village, a magnificent wash house where the Parisotaines used to meet. The place inspires quietness and serenity. From its distant origins, anchored in the Gaillacois vineyards and the pottery trade, the village has kept a few memories, such as the street names which still today bear the names of original grape varieties such as ondenc, braucol or len (far from the eye). The farms dot the whole of the commune, as do the churches, chapels and pigeon houses of the region.
