Ingréo is the third largest aquatic complex in France. Located in the heart of a magnificent rose garden, this facility is dedicated to sports, leisure and fitness for all. Open all year round, 7 days a week, Ingréo is equipped with a wide range of facilities: a space with six indoor and outdoor sports and leisure pools, a fitness and wellness centre and a beauty salon. Outdoor and indoor slides, and a 10-metre deep diving pit for an introduction to scuba diving, complete the offer.

The Équestre Equestrian Centre is located five minutes from the city centre, within the riding complex of the town of Montauban, close to the racecourse and the national stud-gate. The Golf de Montauban Les Aiguillons offers a flat and wooded course which spreads its fairways over some 5 720 meters. A 9-hole course of medium difficulty, it is embellished with numerous water obstacles (six large lakes with a total surface area of over 8 hectares). The major interest of the site is to be barely 10 minutes from the city center, which remains one of the assets of the city of Ingres: not having really an urban area, you can quickly have your feet in the grass.

On foot or by bike, go to Boudou for this outing to the birds. From the bridge of Coudol you are quickly heading to the leisure base of Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Grave, from which you will enjoy a privileged point of view on the same name, formed by the confluence of the Tarn and the Garonne. If the place is ideal for the practice of nautical activities, it is also a large ornithological reserve, recognized for the diversity of bird species that inhabit it. The observatory is a little further away; to reach it, you will have to walk along the banks of the Garonne over two kilometres. Then continue to the village of Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Grave, before you go back.

Nicknamed "La Cuvette", because of its flood-prone location, it was inaugurated with wooden bleachers in 1908 in front of over 4,000 spectators. Today, the stadium has a capacity of 15,000 and boasts several dressing rooms and recent sports facilities. The Union Sportive Montalbanaise and its supporters invite you to join them at matches at the Stade Sapiac, amidst the green and black flags and shirts in the stands! A great atmosphere!

A golf course with beautiful dimensions (6 400 m of course, 18 holes, par 72, which makes it the longest of the region) at 10 minutes of the city center of Montauban... The course, marked out by many water levels, designed by Yves Bureau, a renowned golf architect, includes a section shaded by hundred-year-old oaks, around the Pra de L'Estang manor. All in all, a beautiful wooded area, for this magnificent peri-urban site. In the club-house of the golf, discover also the shop.

The Stade de Sapiac is home to the players and supporters of Union Sportive Montalbanaise. In the professional world of Pro D2 for several years, the club reached this level by beating Massy in the Fédérale 1 final in 2014, thus becoming one of the few clubs champion in the top 3 national divisions.
