This is the home of the talented Jean-Pierre and Marie Blancard. In an elegant, designer atmosphere, tasting is a pleasure for the eyes and the taste buds. The flavors on the menu are to die for: black truffle risotto, guinea fowl ballottine and foie gras with apricots and figs, wild sea bass a la plancha, lamb confit with lemon, cabbage with Bourbon vanilla cream and seasonal fruits... Beyond the flavors, the place also offers bed and breakfast in beautiful rooms.

J'aurais bien mis 5 étoiles, malheureusement le service de Madame fut bien en deçà de celui des deux messieurs.

Je crois que c'est le meilleur resto du coin Castres compris. Le repas de l'entrée au dessert était fantastique. On n'attend pas, les serveurs sont très chaleureux, et nous avons parlé au chef, lui aussi très gentil. J'ai pris des ris de veau: quel bonheur... j'ai encore le gout dans la bouche.
Le resto est joli et chaleureux.
Je le conseille (attention ce n'est pas pour les petites bourses)
