Sébastien and his team welcome you to this brasserie in the center of Castres, either on the sunny terrace along the banks of the River Agout, or upstairs in the dining room. The à la carte menu features salads, beef carpaccio, meats with French fries and a variety of dishes, including duck with gizzards, foie gras, manchon and confit leg. You can also opt for a burger, a vegetarian plate or pasta carbonara. For dessert or an afternoon snack, you'll love the ice cream sundaes.
