Historically, it was Max Narbonne, the father, who founded the company almost thirty years ago; and Jean-Fabien, his son, is now the head of the store located at the corner of Hippolyte-Crozes Street and Albert-Thomas Avenue. Butchers, butchers, delicatessens, caterers, rotisseries, these true craftsmen of taste are also fervent defenders of short circuits. An experience and convictions that give this mini-dynasty a certain reputation in terms of quality and rigour. Tarn Viande works with local producers in the Tarn and Aveyron and produces 80% of the products sold for a guaranteed flavour and authenticity.
