Frédéric Bizat concocts his dishes, which are often renewed according to market opportunities. Light, creative cuisine, sprinkled with flavors from elsewhere. The dishes are to be savored either in the dining room or on the terrace or in the park near the Château de Montal, accompanied by one of the 350 wine references. When the season is black diamond, a 100% truffle menu is offered. The dining room was recently renovated in honor of Jean-Lurçat with paintings and tapestries by the artist.

Très bon accueil, très belle situation près d'un golf 9 trous, dans une grande propriété avec piscine. La cuisine inspirée est excellente, peut être un peu trop de saveurs extrême orientale à mon gout au détriment du terroir. L’hôtel est aussi très confortable, je le connais depuis longtemps, je regrette un peu les salles de bains avec baignoire, la mode des douches à l'italienne est passée par là.

It is always a pleasure to find yourself in this welcoming place, even if the decoration is a bit outdated or too rustic with my taste.
The reception, with smiling compulsory, first is always made in order to put you in the best provisions to offer a pleasant trip to the flavours of the dishes on offer.
Often original and varied they invite regular discovery of new culinary territories.
And when the sun is part, the terrace is offered with views of the valley and golf which completes " efficacement" one good moment of relaxation.
