At the same time bistro, wine bar and restaurant, this establishment with its terrace located in front of the Maison des Consuls has quickly made its place in Saint-Céré. It must be said that the chef Stéphane D'Hoest lacks neither talent nor imagination. Coming from the North, he offers an inventive and Flemish influenced cuisine, helped by his wife. On his ever-changing menu, he proposes elaborate dishes based on fresh fish such as roasted hake. The interior decoration, where wood dominates, and the presence of barrels remind us that we are also in a wine bar.
