BIOLO'KLOCK
In the Klockenbring, bio is a family story that has been transmitted from father to son for 4 generations. With this legacy, David created Biolo'Klock, a small Artisanal company dedicated to the processing and marketing of organic fruits, many of which come from family orchards and surrounding organic farms. Here the fruits are not treated, even those authorised. The shop offers over 140 products processed on site and prepared in the old, in the cauldron, without pectin or gelling agents and in non-refined organic cane sugar. Compotes, purée, creams, jellies, fruit in syrup, dried fruits… and, of course, jams. There are 40 perfumes to choose, if you have never tasted cynorhodons jam, this is the time! Also try the clementines jam of Corsica, she was awarded the Awards of the Best Organic Products 2016. Also seasonal fruits and vegetables grown on the farm or in the surrounding area.
