Established in 2010 in the commune of Saint-Céré, Brasserie de la Cère finally moved to Martel in 2014. With his beers, Julien has conquered the region's brewing market: a wide range is offered, with La Dorée, a triple-fermented blonde, as the star. Julien brews his beers in an artisanal way and the raw material is labeled organic. Ethics is a deep commitment of the brewery which favors local sales and is committed to recovering bottles.
