Recognized for its gustatory qualities and produced in the region for centuries, the Martel nut is here elevated to the rank of queen! Anaïs and Jean-François are crazy about it and do not harvest it but transform it! In this pretty little delicatessen you will find it roasted and caramelized according to a secret recipe of the master confectioners, in a copper cauldron. As you walk around, you will be struck by the unique flavor of a local candy. It is then declined in all its forms: oil, spread, etc. Sale also of regional products.

Under the ^18th century market hall in Martel in the Lot, it is on Wednesday and Saturday mornings that market gardeners, breeders, producers and street vendors offer you their local products. Established in 2010 in the commune of Saint-Céré, Brasserie de la Cère finally moved to Martel in 2014. With his beers, Julien has conquered the region's brewing market: a wide range is offered, with La Dorée, a triple-fermented blonde, as the star. Julien brews his beers in an artisanal way and the raw material is labeled organic. Ethics is a deep commitment of the brewery which favors local sales and is committed to recovering bottles. And above all, the beer is delicious!
