Livernon is dominated by its fortified church with Romanesque bell tower and apse. The commune boasts the most visited and massive dolmen in Quercy: the Pierre Martine dolmen, 7 metres long and weighing 20 tonnes. The stones used to build it came from a quarry 100 metres from the dolmen. Access is via a narrow path, which in May is dotted with a multitude of orchids. Another fine dolmen can be found around 150 metres away, in the field behind the Martine stone. The Bélinac menhir - the Lot's highest historical monument at 3.50 metres - can be found just off the D113 towards Grèzes.
