Facing the town of Montcuq, with a spectacular view of the "Tuscan" hills of Quercy Blanc, this gîte bears its name well. This magnificent and well thought-out chalet offers you the escape and tranquillity of a wild and authentic Quercy. It is composed of 3 bedrooms. A net stretched over the living room invites you to relax. The living room opens onto a terrace and a breathtaking view. In summer, the cicadas sing their sweet song of the South. Outside, the Nordic bath and the terraces of the gîte are suitable for relaxation. A true haven of peace. We love it!

Open all year round. Gites for 1 to 8 people. Arrival between 5 and 8 pm and departure before 10 am. 3 bedrooms. From €175 per night in low season (min. 2 nights). Week-end, midweek and week formulas. Nordic bath. 2 VTC adults and 2 VTC children.

E-X-C-E-P-T-I-O-N-N-E-L ! Difficile de faire mieux que sur les photos et pourtant... Le Perchoir est absolument fabuleux. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve en famille et entre amis. Nous avons été accueillis de façon extrêmement chaleureuse, des petites attentions avaient été préparées pour nous. Le Perchoir nous manque beaucoup, le retour à la réalité n'est pas facile, même 15 jours après ! Vraiment n'hésitez pas, ce lieu est incroyable. En bonus, les activités recommandées par Nathalie sont juste parfaites et inoubliables. Tout est fait pour passer une séjour de rêve, alors foncez !

Superbe expérience au calme, un séjour reposant pour les grands comme pour les petits. La maison est très agréable on s'y sent tout de suite bien. Le bain nordique est vraiment génial.
Le village de Montcuq est adorable et charmant.
Nous avons profité du lac également très appréciable quand il faisait chaud.
