On the initiative of Laetitia, with her solid experience in the hotel business, and Grégory, the bar and restaurant have been completely renovated to offer a lounge, zen and nature atmosphere. On the cooking side, it is the father/son duo who work with Georges and Grégory who rely on a "bistro" cuisine featuring fresh produce. Restricted menu, 5 starters, 5 main courses, 5 desserts, but changing with the seasons. The soup is already a classic of the house, carrot cumin for example in winter, gazpacho in summer. For lunch, the formula can offer hot goat's cheese, Normandy chicken, butcher's piece, croque-montagnard, generous pie! - of vegetables, before succumbing to fruit pie, panna cotta or chocolate mousse.
