Restaurant offering a simple but gourmet cuisine with local products
The restaurant "Chez Moulino" in Cajarc is nationally known thanks to the sketch "Le Schmilblick" by Coluche, a regular at the café. Today, the restaurant has made a good reputation by privileging local products worked for a simple but greedy cooking.
