This bar-restaurant in the center of Miramont, opposite the town hall, is frequented by the town's senior citizens, who give it the authenticity sought after by the Petit Futé. The cuisine is traditional and good. The produce is fresh and the dishes well presented. Start with an artisanal country terrine, followed by grilled entrecôte with porcini mushroom sauce, or roasted salmon with a shellfish and basil jus, and finish with profiteroles or homemade brioche French toast. The setting is contemporary and the service efficient.
