Colette De Bortoli has dedicated her life to cooking in order not to cut herself off from her Italian roots and human contact. In this cute restaurant-tea room, you can take a break with a tea of course but also Colette's pastries, including her fruit tarts. She also prepares Italian dishes and other delicious recipes based on farm poultry such as her stuffed chicken or a delicious steamed salmon and potatoes. You will also find her family's wines, notably the Caude estate and its Perle d'or. Molto bueno!
