Mixing merguez, kebab and steaks for a classic flavour or chicken and tenders for a single go to Texas has never been easier. The hotel is an ideal place for a quick break, without taking a head, but where good taste is at your doorstep.

It goes without saying that the tapas menu almost rivals that of the daring or traditional menus, there is something for everyone. Our favorite goes to blue-veined chipirons, creamy duck breast with peppers, squid flakes. The Southwest is here! Beef is the star with a 800 gram royal piece to share or a beautiful 300 gram rib steak, a quality found in burgers with bakery bread and caramelized onion stew. An original menu that reinvents itself over the seasons without ever losing its character: a must.
