At the entrance to Pierrefitte and just next to the tropical aquarium, this restaurant is well known to regular visitors who come in large numbers at noon, an opportunity for them to hear the latest news from the village and the surrounding area. The discussions are passionate and smell of the southwest. Here the cuisine is simple, well presented and made with local products. A wide choice is available. Homemade foie gras and local meats reign supreme if you want to make in the real land, the local lamb is always an effective formula! Depending on the products on the market, you can enjoy a beef carpaccio marinated in sheep's cheese, a delicious fisherman's papillote and as a delicacy we advise you to try a vanilla bourbon crème brûlée or a Bavarian with blueberries: real delights. J'avais entendu parler du refuge j'y suis aller manger ce midi c'est vraiment très chaleureux comme endroit l'accueil et souriant les personne qui nous on servie sont efficace et très agréable. Les plats sont copieux le service et rapide et une addition qui as du sens. Des produits locaux du fait maison j'y retournerai sans hésitation ????
