A real institution in Luz-Saint-Sauveur, this restaurant offers a traditional and gourmet cuisine. The fish has a good place, with trout, in carpaccio, sea bass or salmon in season. Meat also has its place with duck breast, mutton chops with thyme, peppers or ceps, home-made duck confit in particular.

Nous revenons volontiers dans cet établissement qui sert une garbure généreuse et mémorable. Ne pas hésiter à varier les plaisirs gustatifs avec la truite fumée, les grillades, les plats régionaux, les généreux fromages locaux et les desserts maison.
Chambres agréables et petit déjeuners copieux (buffet). L'établissement a fait une cure de jouvence avec un nouveau décor, salle et bar attenant.
Ambiance familiale. Service efficace. On y revient entre autre pour la cuisine... par gourmandise.
