The 2019 Cheese Fair will be the 54th edition of an event whose success continues despite the years... quite the contrary! It must be said that during two days, the animations are everywhere. While the traditional market of gastronomy is still the main focus, the great diversity of workshops and games attracts hundreds of visitors who enjoy themselves in every sense of the word. Inflatable games, bandas, Occitan songs and folk dances, duck fishing, shooting ranges, pony rides: you thought you weren't making a big deal out of it? Loures-Barousse makes you discover dozens of them: cow, sheep, mixed, the famous matoun of the shepherds of Barousse... In other words, the gourmet market with its producers and craftsmen lacks neither taste nor choice.
