You'll enjoy views over the tranquil waters of the lake and the beauty of the Hautes-Pyrénées. Here, you're invited to discover a delicious cuisine, prepared with quality products. Starters include homemade foie gras with toast, coche ham chiffonnade or trout tartare with French fries and salad. You can then opt for the lake burger, entrecôte de boeuf or magret de canard, served with fries and salad or vegetables of the day. To round off your meal in style, let yourself be tempted by delicious homemade desserts, such as crème catalane, panna cotta with red fruit coulis or salted butter caramel, or chocolate moelleux with vanilla ice cream.
