Run by Sandrine and Christophe, L'Auberge Miniquette is located in the heart of the mountains, on the way to beautiful Pyrenean places such as the Lac Bleu, the Lac de Peyrelade or the Pic du Montaigu. The cuisine of this inn, with its typical decoration, is in harmony with the land: both fine and delicate, gourmet and traditional, it is based on fresh and local products whose authentic flavours are appreciated. The garbure is undoubtedly the speciality of the house, which the chef also prepares in a vegetarian version.

Cette auberge est typique et très ancienne dans la vallée. La cuisine est réalisée avec les produits frais de la région. Les assiettes sont généreuses et bien cuisinée. Nous retrouvons les saveurs des mets.
Le rapport qualité/prix est très honnête.

Très bon accueil , cuisine de spécialités très bien préparée avec effort de présentation , adresse à retenir , n'est pas 1 piège à touristes cela fait plaisir!
