Authentic dishes to taste in an inn in the heart of the forest of Barèges.
Since 1905, this inn has been welcoming guests at an altitude of 1,600 meters, facing the Pic du Midi. Louisette, heir to a century-old family tradition, offers authentic local cuisine. In winter, enjoy invigorating dishes at the foot of the slopes, and in summer, take in the verdant panorama as you sample local produce. These include tender lamb chops, confit pork shanks and fresh local vegetables. All homemade!

A refaire entre amis.
Je connais ce lieu depuis toute jeune. Cela faisait longtemps que je n'y étais pas revenue.
Meem après 5h de randos, en pleine canicule, je n'ai pas pu m'empêcher de prendre la Garbure. Elle est toujours aussi excellente.
Le monteau et l'agneau, Baregeois bien sûr , sont à tomber.
Et la tarte aux myrtilles un délice.
Un peu d'attente c'est vrai, mais le lieu en vaut la peine..
